For content help:
Run by one of textbook authors, on this site, you can chat with someone between 4 PM-12 AM Sunday-Thursday for help on textbook homework assignments: CalcChat
On this site, you can chat with students at Rose Hulman between 7-10 PM on Sunday-Thursday: AskRose or call 1-877-ASK-ROSE, if you don't have an internet connection.
YouTube, in general, is a powerful resource for instructional videos. However, specifically Khan Academy videos on YouTube can be very helpful for content instruction: The Khan Academy
This website is very helpful and has a lot of resources on it, such as written explanations and practice problems: Paul's Online Calculus Notes
Visual Calculus is another excellent resource. As the name implies, there are many visual and graphical representations of calculus concepts, including the derivative: Visual Calculus
Technology you may find helpful:
Versatile Online Graphing Calculator (This site graphs multiple equations in different colors and the equations do NOT have to be functions! Just click on Launch Calculator): Desmos Online Graphing Calculator
For times without the Internet, you may download a free graphing calculator rom with skin called Wabbitemu.
Or if you have an Apple mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod, etc.), you may wish to download a decent graphing calculator app. Several of my students have had success with this one (or search for it on the App Store with "Free Graphing Calculator"): Free Graphing Calculator by William Jockusch
